Evidence & methodology

Every recommendation should be traceable to the evidence behind it.

TenderWorth is built around source provenance, explicit uncertainty and a separation between mandatory eligibility and commercial attractiveness. The objective is not to make judgement look certain — it is to make the basis for that judgement visible.

Evidence chain

From source to recommendation.

1Source

Opportunity notices, tender documents, buyer information and supplier-provided capability evidence are identified and dated.

2Structure

Scope, deadline, geography, value signals, mandatory requirements and available buyer context are normalised into a consistent assessment structure.

3Decision inputs

Eligibility, capability fit, commercial fit, pursuit effort, confidence and evidence gaps are assessed separately.

4QA + recommendation

Material assumptions are checked before a BID, INVESTIGATE or PASS view is released.

Source provenance

Where practical, assessments identify the procurement source, buyer, date checked and the evidence supporting material claims.

UNKNOWN stays UNKNOWN

Missing evidence is not treated as a positive assumption. Unresolved mandatory requirements prevent a BID recommendation.

Confidence is explicit

Confidence reflects the completeness, freshness and strength of the evidence available — not the persuasiveness of the wording.

Decision discipline

Mandatory requirements are screened before attractiveness.

BID

No unresolved mandatory blocker, sufficient evidence, and pursuit economics appear acceptable.

INVESTIGATE

The opportunity may be attractive, but one or more material UNKNOWNs could still change the decision.

PASS

A confirmed mandatory failure, poor fit, negative pursuit economics or timing issue makes pursuit unattractive.

Important: TenderWorth provides decision support, not legal certification of eligibility and not a guarantee of tender success.
What improves over time

Outcomes should test the model, not decorate the marketing.

As real assessments accumulate, TenderWorth is designed to compare recommendations with actual pursuit decisions and outcomes. Aggregate evidence will only be published when there is enough real data to support it. Until then, we do not claim validated win-rate uplift or fabricated customer success.
